Overview

The WOL Invite function is an easy way to “upload” and send invites from your account into the community you are involved with.  The recipient will receive an email from “you” with an explanation and a link that will securely help them get into the community.

Note:  This feature is available if the owners of the community allow this function.

This document is intended to provide an explanation of the format required. 

File type: CSV (Comma Separated Values)

Column Format

• Email (Only valid email constructs – e.g. joe@abc.com)
• Optional Name (255 characters, alpha numeric)

Saving in Excel

The file can be managed in Excel.  However, the file MUST BE SAVED as a CSV type of file (Save As). 

Upload from CSV

The formatted CSV file can be updated into Invite list within the “Inviite” function.
